THIS TOOK ALL DAY LONG! I don't feel like you get that from the pictures....
I never would have done it if my friend, Keri hadn't OFFERED, of her own free will and choice (I'm pretty sure she had a mental lapse) to help me. She helped the entire day. I think I owe her a month of meals.
I'm scared to look at them tomorrow--I'm sure they will have either died or been eaten by deer.

I did not know that. but it looks really cute and I can't wait to see them when they start really blooming and taking over the area!!! Good work!
Mental lapse nothing......I am always this weird. The mulch does smell good I promise!
You are always too kind to us and we definitely owe you for all of the times you have fed us!
and besides it was fun! i still cant open or close my left hand but that is besides the point
well i'm impressed. I've never planted anything, nor cared to. does that make me a bad person?
two words: Miracle Grow - it works like a charm. Can't wait to see it in full bloom. Mine are buried under more snow - so much for Spring!
It looks great Kate, you've inspired me!
Katie, you suck.
I really hope you remember that story, cause otherwise I look like a jerk.
oh beth, i remember the story. in fact, i thought about you and how crazy you were to send that in to reader's digest, just the other day...
I can tell you were a byu grounds person- looks good! I kill most things I plant;)
ok so I too was on BYU Grounds Crew.... but for some reason they never taught me THAT skill! we were too busy playing soccer for 'break' or I was too busy trying to sneak a peak of brandon walking to the temple from the mtc. ( i worked the wyview/wymount area )
very jealous. maybe if I had been on YOUR crew... I wouldn't hate gardening like I do.
good job by the way. hope they are all still alive!
