Belated Thanksgiving: I was so lucky to have my parents, one brother, and one sister come for a week. They gave us a log set for the fireplace and a beautifully decorated house for Christmas and we gave them turns living in the bathroom after trading stomach flu germs.
Between bathroom trips we did a little sightseeing. If I don't learn my Texas history now, I'll never be able to help my kids with the 5 years worth of Texas history homework they'll have when they're in school...

Whoa creepy psycho comments from "Anonymous." Going private really doesn't inconvenience many people- my computer keeps me logged in so I never have to log in manually. Better to ensure that kids are safe too, and apparently Chad for that matter!

I can't believe how rude that chick was on your blog!!! In answer to your question, that wasn't the reason for the going private, but it certainly made me feel good about doing it. We had a little craziness of our own.
Hey, by the way, I met this girl who says that she met you and she thinks I may be a person you told her was moving here. She is a cute girl, her name is Christina Berg and she has long brown hair and I think she is from Taiwan, but I'm not sure. Her husband works in Texas and comes home to OKC on the weekends. Does that sound familiar?
