We went to a friend's birthday party last night only to discover we were the token "old people" there. We outranked everyone in age and the number of years they were married. But we did work their trash at the Newlywed Game, so that counts for something, right?
After all, I knew that Chad's most prized possession was his golf clubs and he knew that the right flower to describe me in the morning was not Sunflower or Bird of Paradise, but Snap Dragon. So there is wisdom that comes with age.
