I love Memory Lane-it's my favorite street. I am so glad that there is no such thing as cleaning checks now!! That was your real motivation to clean. Those wings-we were oh so creative in our costume decisions. Every year, the exact same. Remember when we got asked if we were the Victoria Secret angels? Nice.
These made me laugh and laugh. Scary that we were the two people who married two people in the Halloween picture and yet we were dating two other people in the picture at the time--weird!
It's amazing we all had such high self esteem. I mean, just look at me in the disco rollerskating picture. Why wasn't I home burying my head under a pillow in shame?

We really did think we were the coolest people in our sophomore ward-that's sad. It was beacause those "older boys" wanted to hang out with us. Not that any of them even knew our names...
i'm sort of happy that i'm not in any of those halloween pictures. on the other hand, i don't even want to think back and figure out where i was instead that night. i have a few ideas and they aren't pretty. :) someday i'll learn how to forgive myself for that entire year.
i think i rocked those wings a couple years in a row, too.
p.s.- lest you forget, we WERE the coolest people in our sophomore ward.
