- my babies' squishy faces
- Dreyer's Almond Prailine ice cream
- The Killer's "Sam's Town"
- the smell of that pink Baby Magic lotion
- getting emails (which I never get any more, by the way!)
- re-reading Gone with the Wind
- being in the middle of a good book, with a lot left to read
- getting dressed up for a date (far too rare!)
- going out to eat
- Pei Wei's Honey Seared Shrimp
- my upstairs laundry room
- my walk in pantry
- sitting outside under a tree when it's not too hot and not too cold
- playing games with my family
- snuggling my husband in the morning while ignoring our crazy children jumping on the bed around us
- phone calls
- Hot Tamales (Annie, you think you ate a lot of Swedish Fish this winter? Last year I ate 15 POUNDS (three 5 pound bags) of Hot Tamales all by myself from October through January.)
- hearing Rylee spontaneously say she loves me
- Avery's rare spontaneous kisses
- watching the Masters (I know that's weird, but it seriously is the most soothing, therapeutic thing ever)
- musicals
- old movies
- talking to my mom on the phone
- watching my husband play with my kids
- riding a bike (the last time I did so I was 8 months pregnant with Avery, holding an ice cream cone in one hand, and cruising down the boardwalk at Newport Beach. It wasn't a pretty picture, but it sure was fun.)
- going to bed at 9:00 pm
- laughing
- Avery's "pretty smile"
- listening to Rylee's conversations with her toys
- seeing an "A" on an essay I wrote back in those college days
- touring model homes
- caramel popcorn

Well, Annie's sick of looking at the picture of my dress (which looks better on me, by the way), and has requested a new post. I can't think of a single thing to talk about other than how fat I've gotten this pregnancy or how messy my house is, none of which is interesting to you. So here is a list of things I like, to counteract Annie's list of things she hates:

Thank you. I enjoyed that immensely.
I love the pink Baby Magic lotion too! My mom told me to buy it when I was pregnant with Ethan because it was the scent "our family uses." So, I guess we all smelled the same growing up as cousins!
Ahhh, thank heaven for upstairs laundry rooms! I'd hate to think about all the weight I might be losing if I actually had to heft piled high laundry baskets up and down two flights of stairs!! :)
Love the list! I see why we are friends! Why am I not losing weight from my laundry routine? I have to go outside, around the back and down the stairs. I love New York!
