Let me know if you find a generous donor, and send them my way too! I know this seems kind of random, but have you checked Craig's List? Every once in a while I come across a great find on there. A friend of mine got a couch just like that for about a grand. Happy hunting!
I wish that somebody told me to buy leather instead of fabric. Now I will just have to endure yucky stains for the next 3yrs. and 2 months. Not that I am counting down or anything.
