For Mother's Day I asked for a makeover (and then to buy the makeup, of course.). I am ready to be pretty. The tired mom look has gotten old. In another month I'll be free of nursing and not pregnant (hallelujah!) and I intend to look like a young, hot mom, instead of an old hag.
Suggestions on makeup that you love would be oh so helpful!!!!

I know your husband would never let your teeth get as bad as the ones in the picture....so I'm assuming that this is not a recent pic of you :)
I'm not a good one to ask about makeup/fashion advice...but I'd love to see the end results-you'll have to take before and after pictures....

I don't know anything about makeup, but I love Sephora and have always wanted to walk in there and tell them to sell me stuff.
My latest fav is summed up in three letters: MAC
In my experience, don't let a MAC person do your makeup. Matt got me a makeover for Valentines Day, and I literally laughed out loud when she gave me a mirror at the end... I looked like a CLOWN. Every mom deserves a makeover every once in a while! have fun!
I am sure you don't look like a hag...I use all kinds of things...I like different companies for different products...some pricey others not. Have fun!

Foundation - Bare Minnerals
Eye Shadow - MAC
Blush - MAC
Eyeliner - MAC
Lipstick - MAC
Mascara - Great lash, the pink tube
You really can't go wrong with MAC - they have such great colors! Whatever you do though, do not buy MAC foundation, unless you like looking Orange. :-)

Who the heck is that lady??? I like smashbox too. I hate MAC mascara, but I've been happy with their eye shadow and lip products. This sounds so fun! I'm jealous! Have fun not being prego or breastfeeding. It's a wonderful place to be!!! Also, post pics of your makeover please!
I love MAC makeup. I have been using it for awhile now and it's my favorite. A close second is Perscriptives.
oprah had some make-up picks the other day... wrote them down now i can't find them. try her website?? if you're still looking. who doesn't trust oprah, right?!
